This page describes what the booking site collects, who receives it, and how to reach us. Short version: we collect what's needed to book and remind you about your appointment, we don't sell anything about you, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Booking details. Your name, Instagram username, email, any notes you add, and your appointment time. We keep these for your appointment and delete them about 60 days after it.
- Inspiration photos. If you add photos, they're stored privately and only Deborah can see them. They're deleted on the same 60-day schedule (or within a day if you never complete the booking).
- Site statistics. Privacy-preserving, cookie-free counts of visits and bookings (phone vs. computer). Nothing that identifies you, no cross-site tracking, no cookies.
Who receives information
- Google — your appointment is placed on Deborah's Google Calendar (name, contact, notes), your confirmation and reminder emails are sent through Gmail, and you may receive a Google Calendar invitation. Handled under Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site, the booking system, and photo storage.
- Instagram (Meta) — Deborah confirms your appointment, sends your exact total, and shares the studio address by direct message, so that conversation happens on Instagram under Instagram's privacy policy. We never post your booking anywhere public.
That's the whole list. We do not sell or rent personal information, and no one collects information here for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site trackers. Because there is nothing to opt out of, the site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals — there is no tracking to turn off.
Your choices
- Cancel anytime with the link in your confirmation email — cancelling also removes your appointment from the calendar.
- To review, correct, or delete your information sooner than the automatic deletion, contact Deborah at [email protected] or by direct message on Instagram (@setsby.debs).
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
